The conference hosted by Eurogiro focused one the latest technology tools at the Eurogiro community's disposal.

The three day event included attendees from 34 nations with a total attendance of over 80 people. Seventeen presentations were given.

On the second day of the event, Kristopher Glover, Chief Technology officer of Ganart, presented System Integration – Front End.

This presentation addressed

Ganart's new technology for transaction services, both internal and external, to the field, and to a variety of different platforms.

As presented by Mr. Glover, the Ganart Postal Solution flexible service delivery platform solves the problems of postal endpoints large or small that have differing hardware to serve end users with modern transaction service. Developed for global deployment, it was made with these challenges in mind as well as being flexible to integrate with new technologies.

With equal importance, Mr. Glover presented the current operational support systems Ganart developed for account service, field services and customer support.

The Ganart money everywhere portal documents all transactions to the finest detail. When deployed to posts, this completion of the solution will enable them to analyze and troubleshoot postal transactions with modern efficiency.
