Ganart Technologies announces today that it has successfully completed its first Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) review. The SAS 70 Type I certification evaluates the current state of a service provider’s control environment and control objectives. The independent audit was performed by the NDB Alliance of auditors.
SAS 70 is an internationally recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). A SAS 70 report focuses on a service organization's control activities, including, but not limited to management of IT and controls related to financial statements of its user organization and is often required by public companies and their auditors. Following receipt of their PCI Data Security Standard Report on Compliance, Ganart Technologies’ SAS 70 certification enables the company to further its expansion as a global provider of reserved and compliant cloud processing for financial information and transactions by delivering certification of the controls needed by their publicly traded business partners for Sarbanes-Oxley.
