Ganart Technologies’ debut of the patent pending Money Everywhere Workplace Solution was demonstrated to the 1400 attendees at the 2011 Gulf Coast Symposium On Human Resource Issues in Houston, Texas May 11 &12, 2011.
The Workplace Solution product is tailored expressly for hourly wage earners. This group represents the largest part of human resource for corporations and industries. Prior to the show, the system had been through a one year deployment in an extended pilot program with significant results.
The Ganart Workplace Solution places multifunctional financial machines within workplaces spanning from Industrial factories to hospital systems with workforces numbering above 300 employees. The machine is installed and serviced at zero cost to the employer.
It is a convenience designed with financial, HR and informational services that appeal to unbanked and underbanked wage earners. Most of the services are at a lower cost than than the competitor services outside of the employer.
The unit demonstrated at the show included ATM, Bill Pay, Money Transfer, Money Earned and HR Services.
The Money Earned process from Ganart allows a wage earner to get access to cash that they have already earned but not yet paid.
Money Earned was designed not to trap an employee into revolving debt, or exploitive interest & fees, which is common with outside money service lenders.
The HR Services feature on the machine included Vacation request, Pay stub printout and Holiday Listings. The Workplace Solution can integrate with a companies existing HR services software ensuring 100% access to 100% of a companies workforce.
The Ganart system can also act as as a communications hub. Employees log onto the kiosk and can read updated information. Metrics of who read the information is made available to the company via an HR portal which can be used to add or delete employees as well as change their status.
The Workplace Solution was extremely well received by both employers and benefits organizations interested in providing additional benefits to wage earners at no cost to an organization.
